• How do I ship a parcel?

  Enter pickup and dropoff addresses on the home page, add package size, then compare live carrier rates and book.

• Do I need an account?

  You can compare rates without signing in. To book and pay, log in or sign up — your shipments are saved under your account.

• Which carriers do you support?

  We compare major Canadian carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator with live pricing.

• What happens after I pay?

  After payment is confirmed, MailBooth saves your booking and issues your shipping label when available — tracking and a PDF label appear in Your shipments.

• Does MailBooth deliver my package?

  No — MailBooth compares rates, collects payment, and issues labels when available. The carrier you choose picks up and delivers the parcel.
